Delivery times

Delivery times might change depending on the product. You may find the delivery times for your product on the related product page towards the end of the product description.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.

* Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable).

* Shipping times also excludes delays dues holidays (like Christmas, new year) since shipping companies, customs etc. might not work during those days and the packages pile up at shipping companies.

Tracking

When you buy a product, tracking information will be available within 6-11 days after your products are shipped out. And then we will send you an email (to the email address you have given us) containing your tracking number and information on how to track your products. (Please make sure that you have given us your correct email address)

Customs taxes, fees, charges

In most cases, our customers did not need to pay any additional customs (import) taxes, fees or charges, but there might be customs taxes, fees and/or charges. The prices on our site do not include any customs taxes, fees or charges (if there will be any). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you would like to be informed, we suggest you check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be additional costs prior to buying.
