We have a 15 day refund policy starting with the arrival of the item to the customer if the below conditions are met.

Although we pay a lot of attention that no issue will arise and this is highly appreciated by our customers, if your product is not as described above or arrived damaged, then you may return the product and get refund or we can send a new one or if you wish we can try to solve the issue in another way.

To be eligible for refund, before returning the product it is required that you send a photo or photos and explanation of the issue to support@owleys.com within the 15 days after arrival of your product to the address you have given us and we will happily guide you through the process. Also to be eligible for refund if the product arrived damaged and you will request return and refund, then the package should not be opened.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO ANY ADDRESS BEFORE CONTACTING US at support@owleys.com, because we need to tell you the return address after you contact us, there might be different return addresses depending on products and countries. We will not make any refund, if you return the products to any address before contacting us at support@owleys.com.

Refund will be made if:

  1. The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page. (Due to the light and screen differences, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. You may check this as well by looking at the same image on a phone and on a computer and you will notice a slight difference. Since this is not in our hands and it is inevitable, we will not be able to refund in this case. We would appreciate your understanding for this. We suggest you to make sure that you don't mind the slight differences before you buy the items.)
  2. Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example the wrong shipping address was provided).
  3. The item you ordered and the item you received was different.
  4. The returned items are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc., packaging not opened, unless there is a quality issue which could only be experienced during using the item.
  5. You sent your refund request to support@owleys.com, before returning the product to any address other than the address which will be given to you to return the products to, after you contact us at upport@owleys.com. We will be happy to walk you through the process.
  6. If the above conditions are not met but there is another issue and if you think that it is our fault, we ask you to contact us as well via support@owleys.com, explain the issue in the email and we will be more than happy to make refund if we decide as well that it is our fault.

Our refund policy does not cover the below conditions and no refund will be made if:

  1. there is not an issue with the product but the buyer just changed their mind and would like to return the product.
  2. your order did not arrive due to factors related to the buyer (for example the wrong shipping address was provided).
  3. the customer did not follow the procedure explained below and send the product to any address before contacting Owleys via support@owleys.com.

Return and refund procedure

  1. To start the refund and return procedure the first thing buyer should do is to send an email to support@owleys.com explaining the issue and supporting it by attaching a photo or photos to the email. We will be happy to guide you through the process afterwards.
  2. Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meets the conditions for reimbursement.
  3. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or your method of payment.

Return Shipment Fee

  • It is free for you to return the parcel to the designated local return address.
  • You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.

Custom charges, fees and taxes

We ship internationally. In most cases, our customers did not need to pay any additional customs (import) taxes, fees or charges, although we may not guarantee that and there might be customs taxes, fees and/or charges. The prices on our site do not include any customs taxes, fees or charges (if there will be any). It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay customs charges, fees, taxes and no refunds can be made because of customs charges, fees, taxes. Before buying, you may do your own research for the rules of your country.

Late or missing refunds

Depending on different banks' processing times refund process can take some time, in most cases 7-14 days and sometimes it can be more.

Normally there should not be any issues but If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, there are several things we suggest you to do to. First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time of the banks before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@owleys.com and we will be happy to try to help.
